That lucite trivet is great. There was a whole line of 70's kitchen decor that had that application. We had the bread box when I was growing up. Spoon rest, different size trivets, utensil holder, all sorts of things. It will sell.

I usually dislike lustre but I could see the Jesus bust being treasured by someone. I like how you let us see the items so close including the identifying marks. Thank you Amanda!

You're very welcome Carol!! And I agree, someone will definitely love that Jesus bust!! But I do agree with you about the luster. I like luster on old Japan pieces and things like that. I'm just not sure I was in love with luster Jesus. It was cool though!! I definitely try to give you guys close ups, or at least the best that I can. I hope to one day have a nicer camera to film with, but in the mean time, I try to make do. ❤️❤️

As long as they're in good condition, those wicker style plastic pieces can sell pretty well!! Lots of folks really love that style, myself included!! Always try to find comps for the same or similar ones that have previously sold though, because not all will carry the same value!! ❤️❤️

I believe you made the right call with the plastic woven frames. They are different enough to be popular and anyone into the shabby chic style will particularly like it. They could insert some flower pics in the frames.

@@RomysRetro It's honestly my FAVORITE place to go thrifting!! It's clean, it's curated, the prices are pretty dang amazing compared to every other thrift store, and most importantly they serve a genuine purpose in the local community!! I was just there the other day and got to meet one of the "top dog" board members! She was a delightful woman and we chatted for a good 10 or 15 min about everything they do, including a new warning shelter they opened about a week ago. I'm just so impressed when the folks at the top genuinely care about what they're doing!! It's a VERY rare gem!! ❤️❤️

It's sitting on my kitchen island right now for me to process and get listed, but I've been running behind on getting my listings up. Ugghhh... the struggle is very real to keep up with it all, lol!!

Older Fiesta...."fiesta" no capital F, small f only. older, pre 50's are heavier, and totally different colors, more primary in hue. Older one are harder to find and cost more.

I've definitely started to, or have started to at least try, lol!! Now that I have my power bank to charge my phone while I'm out and about, it's definitely made it easier to look things up without worrying that my phone / camera will die. ❤️❤️

It definitely forces you to research more and to just "go with your gut". And I've definitely picked up things that I probably shouldn't have, or at least paid more than I should have as far as reselling goes. But... I've also picked up things and been completely blown away when I find out later that I scored big time!! And that's a really amazing feeling!! ❤️❤️

I didn't grab them because they were just a little bit big and would need a larger box. Which means they'd be more expensive to ship, so they'll likely sit for a while. But... I really did like those and was thinking the same thing you were, lol!! If they're still there when I go back, I may have to get them!! ❤️❤️

Lol, yeah... I try to catch my goofy mid west "twang", but it just slips out occasionally!! My mom's family says things like, "I need to worsh the laundry", instead of "wash". Or answer the phone with "Yellow", instead of "hello". 😂🤣😂 Hubby's doing well!! He's really been enjoying his new job and it seems to be a good fit!! ❤️❤️

They do still charge all fees like normal, except for fees related to shipping. Which I don't like, but I suppose I can understand because the item still technically sold via the eBay platform. But you know how it goes, the middle man ALWAYS wants his cut!! 😂🤣😂

I know!! I really like those pieces, but dang it!! It would be almost $20 for them both. Plus, they're both attached to the fabric backing, but the fabric itself is pulling away from the board back. So I fear that gravity may take it's toll on them sometime in the future.
