Miss Nicki, you do not need to apologize to anyone for your behavior! If anyone has a problem with it,tough! The bread video's don't always tell the whole story,believe me I know! You are doing a good service to anyone who wants to see and learn the benifets of thrifting . It s a win win situation. Getting gently used goods and giving to charity at the same time. Today I bought2 skirts,2 shirts and 2 cartigans for$25. Very colorful printed flowy skirts and Ralph Lauren shits and the cartigans had mother-of-pearl buttons. P.s.,I was masked,but delta varrient is a whole new animal. Happy thrifting from a thrifter of 39 years! .💖

Awesome thrift trip!!! I'm running behind with my KZbin watching. I care for a 87 year old Father in-law and he had Covid etc etc. Sometimes I have to step away from life. Anyhoo... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the caramel long coat! It looks great with your hair and skin and is really pretty. I was expecting that you would buy the brown and black leopard skirt. That would have been fun to wear with some brighter spring colors for transitioning into the warmer weather. The necklaces were super nice and such an awesome buy!!! Well, gotta run to the facility now. I'll try and watch your other video later. aaauuuggg

Oh I want to take my next thrifting road trip to Richmond! Let me know your recommendations if you don't mind 😃 I have Clothes Rack, Ashby, & Halcyon on my list and trying to scout which Goodwill(s) I should try - the Laburnum Goodwill maybe?

@@NikkiTerryStyle I would love to share my recommendations! For thrift stores you have to go to Diversity Thrift. Great place, it does take a bit of digging to finds the gems. Fan Tastic Thrift is another good spot. However, Clothes Rack and Fan Tastic Thrift are on the smaller side with limited selection, particularly when it comes to larger sizes. You should still go, great quality pieces but don't be discourages if you don't find anything. Ashby is actually a consignment shop. I would say they focus on selling trendy pieces with a little funk. Another consignment shop in the area is Buffalo Exchange, again trendy with a little funk but the prices are a little lower. If you are interested in consignment and are willing to venture outside of Richmond, Uptown Cheapskate is a great place. Halcyon is a neat little vintage store, again a limited selection of larger sizes. A very cool vintage stop is Blue Bones Vintage. Another is Cee Blues Antiques and Vintage Clothes. For Goodwills the Laburnum store is good. Again the ones I prefer are outside Richmond. My go to Goodwills are West Broad, Mechanicsville, Midlothian Crossing (huge), Short Pump, and Alverser. Isn't it nice, that God had those two gorgeous buttons on that coat that he knew you loved so much He did that because He knew you loved the coat so much ANNNNND... because you showed tremendouse kindness and the desire to make a difference in this world by not only donating your peacoat (which I think you can keep now, because you announced the following on KZbin and have I am sure made a difference in the way we think about thrifting coats for the winter) in this world. It took me a minute to realize what you were saying, I just wasn't thinking that way, and from now on, I will think twice before I buy a coat that I need and perhaps even say by a bunch and hand them out to homeless. Wouldn't it be great if thrift stores had a free coat policy, where, in the winter , they kept a pad and pen and anyone could have one (two if say it's Value Village or a huge place like that) for adults and if they have spouses and /or children, them too. And they just keep a running tally so no one (goes back for more)🤩 Angie

I always keep my mask on while in the dressing room and trying on clothes. I personally don't want to breathe on clothing I may up passing on or someone else has previously tried on. Just a personal preference.
