After hearing your chats from your car, I'm so happy for you that you eventually got to be your own boss and have more control over your time. I bought my daughter a pair of Van Heusen pants at their outlet store. She said they weren’t her favorite pants, BUT they never needed ironing, wore like iron, and fit great so she wore them all the time throughout medical school.

Please stay with only one channel!!!! I can't keep up otherwise. Love all the new looks. The Calvin Klein may just need a thin belt to look great. The flow will keep you cool. I did like your pinched in version but think it will actually be hotter.

I so enjoy your thrift flips - was raised by a mother who did that often for us girls growing up. Since i also sew, I usually check out the fabric section of thrift stores. However it inspires me to see how you alter existing clothing -- may also be now doing the same. Thank you for sharing such great ideas.

My fave are the Pilcro cargo pants! I just got stretch twill from Core Fabrics in a similar color and I’m planning to make Nellie joggers with cargo pockets added on - currently working on a wearable muslin in a mauve stretch twill. Both will be perfect for spring and hiking some National Parks this summer! I also have it in my head that Nellie might transform into a cute wide-leg pant by leaving off the ankle elastic, excited to give it a try! Thanks for letting me escape to thrift stores with you on my lunch break. 😊

Yes I love those Pilcro pants so much! Someone made some cargo style Nellie joggers a whiiiile back and I have wanted to copy them ever since! I think that is such a good idea. I also have a pair that i took the elastic out of on the ankles and i love them like that 🙌 And yay for summer travel!!

This was fun! Nippies look so fab and I wish they had them when I was younger and didn’t need “support”. The Calvin Klein dress as is seemed to add about 10 years to you, but when you pulled it back it was so cute and stylish. It’s always interesting to play with clothes.

I really enjoyed listening and watching your "Thrifting" process! I never shop in Thrift Shops because I always think they are there for the needy not for those who have cars etc. But perhaps my thinking is old fashioned! I notice many folks who enjoy abundance in other aspects of their lives do Thrifting videos on youtube. An extremely rare phenomena in my day 😊

Thrifting is a great way to support causes that provide resources to those in need, as many thrift stores are also charitable organizations (in addition to being a place to find used goods at affordable prices) 🙌 which is why I love supporting them by shopping! Thrifting is a great sustainable way to shop! There is an abundance of clothes so there is plenty for those who need to thrift for financial reasons but also for people who want to shop more sustainably :)

I loved the burgundy sundress and the terracotta trousers best. Our thrift shops in the uk are mostly small. Your shops over there seem to be huge. I really enjoy thrifting myself.

I always check the jeans section too. Great jeans for like $6, beats paying $80 or $100. Also, high-end purses such as Coach are $25 at Goodwill. I have several from there.

Nice haul. You could maybe clip off the straps on the purse and sandwich a chain or braided cording in the middle of them to make one long strap for a cross body bag.

I’ve had a quick look but can’t see a video on how to take up/ reduce the length on a pair of jeans. I don’t suppose you have one? No lie ~ I sat down to watch this literally half an hour after getting back from a walk to the store to get chocolate chips. 🤯 Great haul! That Calvin Klein dress ruched top/fitted bottom idea is definitely the way to go! So cute. Is it a knit or woven? Would it need a zipper? It was meant to be! :) The calvin klein dress is a knit, so it would be super comfy and easy to fit (and no zipper, woohoo!). And I have so many home projects I want to get to, and I also want to share them, so of course they haven't been done yet haha. I feel like I have to make it into a video so it will get done!

They add zero support, but just kinda make things less "protrude-y" haha, and protect against chafing. I am a D cup and I like them. I wear them constantly in the summer!
