I also love little house things!! The little bunny one is so cute. Also, don't get rid of that yellow dress because it looks really pretty on you the way you had it draped when you were holding it with your hand! One thought I had was to sew on a loop with some soft thin ribbon (so it doesn't feel scratchy) on the inside of the dress on either side of your waist. Once that is done, use another piece that same type of ribbon through the loops and securely bow it in the back. This will cinch in the waist at the back like you had it but without having any weird safety pins sticking out or having to wear a belt. (since the ribbon is in the inside, it shouldn't show either) and will let the front drape nicely. If you choose to donate it down the road, it's a simple fix to remove the ribbon as well.

Love the burgundy top w/ flared sleeves & the first summer dress with flowers. I saw some cute blouses by Chelsea & Violet on ThredUp last year. I hadn't heard of the brand before either. Great haul!
