Love love love your style!! I understand completely what you mean by loving other styles and having the urge to decorate for someone else to get it out of your system as a creative outlet! I do decorating for Airbnbs and I love it because it allows me to decorate in a way that I would never do in my own home but I still love it for whatever vibe I’m going for.

Thank you! Ah, how fun would that be! Did you reach out to Airbnb owners to ask about decorating them?

Same here, I just love anything old.. Primitives, antiques, old vintage, Victorian/regency or French country..i never have 1 particular style other than old! If I like it then I'll buy it & display it!😊 I loved the old wood barrel, i love anything old & made of wood, big or small! I have one old wood barrel that was once part of an old ice cream churn. So pretty by A little wood chair full of greenery or florals. I collect old side chairs, with or without upholstery, just to sit around my home mostly for decor or to hold decor, some are functional & can be sat in too. I also thought the open book holder Was really pretty. It would be beautiful holding a family bible! I always grab little stools & footstools.. the little one you looked at, i have one just a bit larger and the upholstery looks almost identical.. it actually may be. All my things are in storage right now back in Tennessee. We've just recently moved to Florida & we're staying with my son & DIL until we find a house. Otherwise I would look at the stool & know for sure😄 Of course i love the yellowish crock bowl with the pink & blue stripe.. that particular color with that stripe is probably my fav. I've tried to find one within my budget, no luck yet. But I know they're out there! And any wood bowl anytime shape, color or size!😊 I think is the warmth & texture of wood, especially old wood, that attracts me so much.🤷♀️ I loved the old dresser in the garage, beautiful piece! I'm so excited to get out & go to all the places here, the county I'm in is loaded with thrift & antique stores & then there's Tampa, which is loaded also & only 30min away! I've been to several stores nearby, we have a super nice habitat for humanity. I have looked for a "accordian peg rack" for the longest time! Never found one back home in Tennessee, hopefully I'll find one here! I can order of line but i don't want a new one! Love that color & great price too! The light switch & outlet plates are really pretty, great find for free! Its so cool you got the open book holder gifted to you, love that piece!❤ I always grab wall planters of any material, so pretty in a gallery wall, a wall vignette, under a picture or even alone. I have quite a few & love styling them! That's really pretty with the crazing on it, makes it look even older😉 I love the old antique clothes pins. I found some at an antique store. If you want those to look old, just soak them in tea. I love brass & pick up anything brass that's at a good price. I have lots of brass baskets & vessels with greenery & florals, and other things too. Brass vessels can be used in lots of ways. Same.. love copper! I always look for the jelly molds that have the thick brass hanger, & have some patina on them.. that's the old ones that i like. I'll buy the newer ones sometimes if they're really pretty or unique. Love the brooms..i have 2 with the short handles, ones is twisted & one is carved, but i have several little wisk brooms too.. both are cute on peg racks. Or just on A nail or in a basket. Lol same..i just have a house full of collections.. guess you could say we collect collections😄 That's another piece I'm looking for, the accordian wine rack! I want it to display my rolling pins in! Its so pretty like that! You found both the accordian pieces at awesome deals! Rub the orangey basket down with antiquing wax. Rub on in sections & rub back off, it'll darken it just a bit & age it a bit too! I use it on everything, any surface or material! The small one is perfect for a peg rack! Love it! Love the wood bowl on the stand! I have a crock & several bean pots that are the brown & beige. Very pretty for fall! So glad you picked up the like white bowls! I well have definitely grabbed them! Saw the staining & crazing in the store, & i love it!🤍 Awesome price! The platter is amazing! And that price!😮 Love the green book! I have a coffee table book on antiques that i love. It had all the different styles & years, some piecesAre just amazing. There's some pictures in it that are frameable & i may end up framing several of them. I ave several coffee table books i bought mostly for the pictures to frame, some are by Currier & Ives, beautiful pictures & I've already framed a few from them. The first house I ever had built had the black & white checker board floors in the kitchen! Oh I love finding notes, letters & things in books! Its so cool! Absolutely love the throw blanket! And green is my fav color💚 Back seen i first started keeping house & try blankets became popular, that the way they were manage, out of that material, & most were reverseable! I had quite a few over the years. When my FIL passed away he had several around his house, my husband got the one with Minnesota Vikings on it, they shared the love of that football team. I'm sure the older ones are worth a bit! That one is gorgeous! They're def heavy & warm! Well I've just been SUPER chatty.. But was loving all the things!😄 Hope you have a blessed weekend!

Great finds! I hope you use the clothes pins. I use all of mine on the clothes line. The old ones are better because they were made of hardwood and the new ones are pine, but they do the job intended. I must say that huge shelf behind you is stunning! I would love to have one like that.

I was actually consider using them! I have new ones from dollar general and they break so easily, I am always having to replace them which I don't love. I got that shelf for free! Found it by a dumpster, added some paint, and voila!

Fyi. I collect frogs, and I have several glass ones that do sit on top of vases, bowls, or whatever I am using. So, if you have something and want a frog on top, check out the fit, and use it if it works for you! You can always tape them a bit of they wiggle. The heavy pin frogs do go in the bottom, but glass ones can go either way. I prefer the glass ones on top of my crystal vases and bowls!

Either quality stuff isn't appreciated where You live or You are really good at bargain hunting. I love thrifiting too, but here in Ireland crocks sell at aroun 6-20, baskets start from 10, cotton throws are minimum 15, anything brass is well above 5 and I could go on. That's charity shop and car boot (yard sales) prices, mind You. Love how You are able to find things You like for very cheap and make it Yours.

Wow your description of yourself sounded like me! I just buy what I love! Get out I volunteer at a thrift store too! All precedes go to our food pantry. Seems that many are in need these days. Love the bunny picture! Oh my gosh that broom🥰 I pick up wooden hangers every chance I get too! I have a couple from when I was young and I just recently got one from a Disney hotel. Oh my gosh girlfriend I just picked up a cast iron wine rack for my rolling pins 😂 I believe I can never have enough baskets, yours looks very good quality. Sometimes when you wash them the color fades? I usually hose them down or depending on size wash in my sink. Ooh a wonderful basket haul! Perfect find for you to find the pocket maker! Yum can’t wait to see you use it for goodies, still drooling over the pear ones 😂 Oh I love the wood pedestal stand! The crock says Taiwan so that’s older. Cute. Those cream bowls can be good for plants as a water catcher (have the plants in another pot, maybe those plastic ones) Beautiful platter, I was hoping you got the brown transfer ware one at the beginning of the video. Maybe you were turned off because of the fruit on it. You can always cover the photo album in fabric. Lol, sounds like home hearing the rooster. My turkeys and goats make a racket along with the roosters, yes I have more than one because mine free range during the day and they all have groups 😂 The more I see your shelves behind you the more I hope I find one too!😂 WOW that blanket is to die for! So fall!! 🍂🍁🍃 5.00 is a steal! I’d use it for fall and spring. Awesome haul!! Loved the video! ❤

Who says you can't find antiques in thrift stores. I've been collecting what I call "my old junk" for 40 years. I love my collections and use them in everyday life as I didn't spend very much on them. I shop exclusively at thrift stores and yard/estate sales. The thrill of the hunt!
