I bought gowns for my girls to play dress up when they were 7 and 8. When they went to Jr and Sr prom I had them cleaned and that's what they wore. Can you believe that? They wanted to wear them and they were a perfect fit. Those gowns held many memories.

The blue and orange outfit looked great on you and you really pulled off the orange top even though you didn't think orange was your color. My favorite outfit though was the pastel skirt and white blouse. It looked like it was made for you. Please, please wear that. I wish I was a thrifter but I get overwhelmed as soon as I get in the store! Years ago when I set up my first fish tank I decided that one of those sturdy 70's coffee tables with the cabinet underneath would be perfect for a tank stand. They always have those at the thrift store right?! I went right away and they had the perfect one, exactly what I wanted! My brother thought it was a great idea and wanted one too.. took him 3 years to find a similar one. I got super lucky, it set my thrifting expectations pretty high lol.

My wedding dress was $150 from a consignment shop and my prom dresses were $40 and $15 from a department store I worked at when I was in highschool. The $15 one was clearance from the previous season originally $350! It was amazing! I was so excited when I found it in the back room stuffed in a corner 🤣 I live to find a good deal. Thrift stores are my happy place ❤️ The stains on that tank had me rolling laughing 😂
