I am located in Ohio. Holmes County is one of my favorite locations to thrift shop. A matter of fact you once posted the best thrift shops and my husband and I followed your list. It was a wonderful trip!

The only car I ever bought new was a 71 LeMans. Thanks for the memories. I drove mine 10 years and 225,000 miles. Not one problem. Just tune-ups, tires, brakes, and exhaust. "The faster you go, the smoother it gets!

Me and my family stayed in Berlin last month and we hit all of those thrift shops but I missed out on going to that Christmas shoppe located in the strip mall and I beleive it was in millersburg but I fell in love with the area and seeing all the Amish buggies and people and bible scriptures everywhere just made me feel like I wanted to move there! Lovely place!

I loved seeing the drive in the countryside. I am in California and it is dry and bleached blonde colored fields everywhere. I LOVE the green fields!

I have a desk like that one with more drawers. I painted it that green you like with stained top and desk drawers nobs. It has over the drawers on each side a slide out piece of wood to write on and one my husband put in the middle were a drawer was at onetime. i now have a wheelchair so this all helps me. I watch you every day. I love it. I love riding along with you. Thanks.

I was like get that....its a McCoy!! I found a larger one at a yard sale for 5.00. I thought is someone pranking me??? I paid and put it in my car !! It meant nothing to the people that had it. It's beautiful and even better for 5.00. A bargain makes everything better!!

Love your dad's Pontiac Lemans, 1970? My husband and I used to restore/modify late '60s early '70s muscle cars. Now we only have german cars from the same era. Nothing like driving a V8 with an awesome exhaust. You got some great finds. Take care-Sue in MI

I owned a 1971 Lemans. Red with Black vinyl roof. I loved that car, Her name was Betsy. I drove it many years then my daughter drove it several years then finally sold it to a young guy who came a long way to buy it. I am sure he loved it for many years also. I was already a Grandma, but I was also a 1/4 mile drag racer with trophies, so the look on faces when an older woman got out of that car was priceless.

I took an old rough piece of lumber my husband and I grabbed from an old torn down shed and he installed it in my kitchen and I hung my cast iron skillets on this board vertically.
