Exactly the type of gems that I snap up! I always get pleated skirts esp. black, I have different colours, lengths, fabrics, high/low/drop waist etc. Yours reminds me of a high waisted vintage Target (AU) one I own. I love the movement of pleated skirt when you move & walk! So many looks, Chanel classic/cruise, kawaii/Lolita,, streetwear/sporty...punk/goth etc. or mix it up!
