Dear April, you do an amazing job. You are inspiring. I'm an old lady by your standards and had to thrift shop and alter in the 70's & 80's as a Student from sheer necessity - I do it now for joy. For someone so young you are incredibly skilled and also excellent at passing those skills on in a easily understandable way - not everyone has BOTH! Please keep going, you are just fantastic. How about finding a more voluptuous friend and Thrift Transform for her? I always say, small and petite is the easiest to dress, less bumps and troughs and fabric. Now there is a challenge !!

snapfam!! you are amazing April. This style I did 2 months ago for my birthday outfit. I used one long skirt and made a hi low version, used the remaining fabric as a bandeau top and made sleeve cuffs for my arms! I've been doing my own thrift store finds up cycling for a while now but I learn a lot from the techniques you use. You are so gifted and you've got great style. Keep up the good work lady!!

I love April and all of her ideas...after watching so many of her videos, I started sowing because I wanted to make my own clothes..It was not always easy..I wasted 2 or 3 fabrics at the beginning but with practice and time you get better...Today I sow nearly every week for myself :) I'ts my self-care therapy...Thank you April

I've been sewing since I was 15! I'm 22 now, I started cause my irregular body type, I'm 4'6 and extremely curvy lol like I have a 14 inch difference between my hips and waist. It's great seeing people like you working and creating! I've thought of making a channel for sewing but not sure how relatable I would be with my body type! Obviously you've had many successes making cute things out of thrifted items . . . could you please make a video about times that a project failed? Like, it just didn't come out like you thought it would, or you made a mistake that couldn't be fixed, and had to scrap everything? When I'm shopping for clothes it is impossible for me to find pants that fit!! I am tall and i have a bit of curves so if i find pants that fit perfectly they end at like my shins. Or if i find pants that are long enough, the waist is wayy too big. It's such a struggle😩
