In order to clean the mink hat you'll have to bring it to a fur cleaners. Some dry cleaners offer that service through a 3rd party service. Prices vary depending on where you live, but where I live it's around $50 and up for an item of that size. Plus, you need to store fur in a cool environment or a fur vault, so that the fur does not start falling apart. Good luck!
