I love this longer format - really gives you a chance to see the items in detail - as for my fave, well I had never before seen yellow Depression glass but now I just love when you find it - to date I've never seen it in my thrift visits but you can bet if I do I will pick up a whatever piece I find! Nice video and a great start to your year! I loved the Mikasa and Noritake dishes, as well as the beautiful candelabra pair. Last year, I had found a crystal/marble/gold tone candelabra and didn't pick it up. I have kicked myself ever since because it was only $9.99! Duh! 🙄 Well, happy thrifting! You talk about using certain pieces in people's homes. Do you decorate and bring in all the pieces for a room and they don't have any of their own? Do the rooms have a theme or time period and do the customers approve of the items you decorate with? Just curious.

I am a designer and professional shopper for collectors. The designer clients I usually clear the pieces with prior to checking out...but not always.
