I had to rewind my video so I could get the recipe for that green you used as I love that shade. It looks so good on your front door. That color on granny’s little cabinet is a great color. Have been following you for awhile now and you definitely are on the same mindset as me.....but I don't get to do much crafting, etc right now....live in a 5th wheel and we have completely redone the whole inside and alot of crafting and dining throughout. You are the best I must say. Anyway, I was thinking about that big window in your front door and had an idea .... You could use barn wood and do like you guys did on the wall by your clay pots shelf....I would take your brown paper and make a pattern of the window then cut it out, lay it down and place your barn wood over the whole thing, then cut to fit the pattern after all is connected ...then install it over the window, can do this on both sides....just a thought....your whole property you live on is beautiful and your home as decorated by you is absolutely beautiful!! You have a great eye and great taste....and I love the old metal trucks, etc . and tools as well as Budweiser collections that Chris is into....I love rusty crusty!!! I TOTALLY agree with you. That white frame would have been at least $12/15 at my thrift stores here in North Carolina. I always go to our local Antique mall before the thrift store now. Thrift stores are charging too much for any thing halfway decent. Love your channels!😊

I always check out antique malls for bargains, “first”. If you find something, it’s usually nicer with less work needed from an antique mall versus the Goodwill or Salvation Army. Often the price is just cheap and sometimes cheaper. My husband and I used to resell. We found lots of things (especially when traveling) that we brought back home and sold at our mall for double and triple the money that we paid for them. You just never know. Any where people are selling things you may possibly find a bargain.

I'm loving that green you mixed up!! I've been doing that for several years to achieve a certain look... I tend to " experiment " with multiple colors most when I'm going to do a "Whitewash " on an item. Our front has a window in it... It's I guess what is known as " leaded" glass look....? We're like ... keep decor on the outside....they're sooo expensive. The galvanized tin looks great and takes the focus off of the window... your porch looks great and very inviting! Loving that green cabinet! The copper mesh brought it to a whole new level..I could see my " white" collectibles gathered together in it. Thanks to youins both again! Can't leave Chris out!
