tip for perfume wearing: i learned that when you spray perfume you’re not supposed to rub it in but you’re supposed to dab it on. if you rub it in your changing the smell of the perfume with your natural oils. i completely noticed a difference in how my perfume is supposed to actually smell. hope this tip works for you 🥰

I love those hoodies! When I was in high school my periods were the worst! I’d have to text my mom to come and get me. They got better down the road, but still the 1st or the 2nd was the worst for me and still is. I’m 32 now, my periods started getting worse again in my 30s. Now the 2nd to last day or the last day are sometimes bad too. I’ve been doing weight training for a few years now, that has helped. During quarantine, when the gyms were closed, i would do home work outs (like my yoga, HIIT, body work out), but it wasn’t the same. Also, I don’t have weights. So my periods were horrible. I order a mylivia (like a tens machine). Maybe it’s something your girls can look into. I’m still waiting for mine to come in the mail. God Bless 😊☺️
