🗣 HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEJAH🎂🎉🎉 I really enjoyed this video. Just seeing y’all warms my ❤️. I wish my family and I could get together but due to this pandemic we can’t. I know when we are in the clearance I am heading down to Florida to have some fun🤣 Girl I too need to lose some weight, due to health issues being an asthmatic and taking steroids(Prednisone) it’s hard but NO EXCUSES anymore. It’s gonna be a tough one for me because I had three children and all delivered via C-Sections but again I wanna go down some pounds. I will be turning 50 in April and I should’ve started years ago🤦🏾‍♀️🤣 NO MORE PROCRASTINATION and EXCUSES. So Proud of you and you can do it❤️ I plan to buy healthier food, meal prep, make smoothies, create me a weight lost journal and just have fun with my body challenge.
