Possibly "top move" just means the move most often played in the position per the database, but it would be an odd circumstance if the most played move wasn't actually the strongest, so... I have no other ideas about what Agad might have possibly meant there. Maybe he just says "strongest move recommended by the engine" so often he just slipped up and said it where it wasn't actually the case?

It depends what depth. I checked on lichess and engine likes Qb3 more then bc2 until depth ~24. Then depth 25-27 they're tied. Then depth 28+ it likes Re3 above all.

Before Bxf5 by Black in the opening, can't black play e4 and push the knight back to g1 since it has no other squares it can move to? Or can white play Qe2 or something(can't black also play Qe7 or something else and still make it work? Or even d5 and build pawn center or is e4 push that being too greedy?

I haven't used the engine so i don't know what the engine thinks.But from my experience , the game looks very human and not engine like..The pawn sacrifice is more positional/ attacking and it's not the kind of sacrifice that engine usually likes.The tactics in the end weren't that hard,if I could find them,the top GM most certainly can easily.Also the king hunt was too long, and there was probably some difficult matting net,Hans chose the easy win, again human like moves
