One thing I’m starting to notice is a lot of these guys in the NBA are playing for stats and not playing the game correctly. D’Angelo Russell could’ve been playing this way the whole time but obviously he was worried more about chasing a contract than playing the game correctly and this is the reason why I love LeBron James. He plays the game correctly. If a lot of these guys will play the game correctly. The NBA wouldn’t need so many trades.

Dlo is doing exactly what was expected when he was shifted to the second line up. The Lakers won again so it was a good day. Only 10 turnovers, wonderful. I'm enjoying every win. It's hard to win in the NBA. Oh yeah. The NBA Cup matters! You want to win games. It doesn't matter if for the cup or not. I love the floor. You'd be whining if they were losing. Just appreciate the wins and if it leads to NBA Cup success then I'm good with that too. Go Lakers.

Average around 19 or 20, rather than 25. 22 years in on a grueling season. of course there's could be a decline come playoff time,but if he doesn't shoot as much and concentrates on passing like 10 assists a game it will be less noticeable.

AR is most consistent Laker outside the big 2 superstars. ONLY ONE game below double digit points. He upped his pnt avg from 15.9 to 18.6 so far this season. -As a side note, from what we have seen so far, Reaves gets getter as the season progresses. Its possible we could see him avg 20

Granted, that is THIS season. But I can't really trust last seasons under Ham's idiot lineups. @MBeano
@MBeano 2 ай бұрын
@@danielday3374 total diff with DLo off the court is -12.6 this season. However, that is different than DLo playing second unit... -Lineups with Bron, AD and AR w/o DLo are -8.7 -Lineups w Bron, AD, AR, Rui and either DK or Cam are +4.6. That is promising as this is brand new with very little possessions so far. I think that can go up a lot -DLo is best w Ball in hand. His strengths are in playmaking. There was WAY too much redundancy of the 3 best player makers - Bron DLo and AR all together. Meanwhile the bench unit had ZERO playmaking, as Vincent is NOT a good playmaker. So Dlo's skills fit the need there.

...one more observation. Going back to last season, the team that won the IST had Rui, Jax, Vando, and Wood coming off the bench and was trending toward the upper echelon of the NBA. If Ham doesn't lose the locker room around the AllStar Break, who knows how far they could've gone. The IST champs definitely would've taken the Celtics to at least 6 games if not 7 and possibly winning it all. All except Denver were terrified of these dudes before the playoffs but poetically the ducking no fades eventually got them an apparently better coach. Cleveland did the same thing an kept the team intact and simply chose a better coac but still, this team needs everyone healthy to even things with Boston...Lakers in 6!!!!

Lakers need to trade for Jonas, Schroeder, and Dorian Finney Smith Jr. Those are the 3 guys that can tremendously help this team. Schroeder already has chemistry with Bron,AD,Reaves and DFS Jr is a better fit for this team over Rui imo. Jonas is a good scorer in the paint and he can stretch the floor. He's got the big body/frame to body up Joker and Embiid more than AD can. If the Lakers can get Jonas, Schroeder, and Dorian Finney Smith Jr while only losing Dlo,Rui,Wood, Vincent,JHS, and picks that would be amazing. Good win but I gotta say I don't like how Trevor talks about trades. Its always "oh the lakers will make trades at the deadline or this summer" then the deadline blows by and we blow through the summer and its like well "there wasn't the right opportunity, and its so hard to make a trade, and lakers tax..." on and on and on making excuses for the worst front office in the league. When the Knicks and Timberwolves made a massive trade and the Lakers refuse to even improve at the margins, when you have Mvp Ad and top ten player Lebron. Its embarrassing how bad the Lakers are mismanaged, and sad Trevor keeps making excuses for them and believing oh this deadline will be different, when the Lakers haven't done anything for a year and a half. And once again we'll hear from Trevor "the right move just wasn't there, lets be patient."

Regarding the NBA Cup comments. That's gotta be the biggest waste of 5-10 minutes listening to ya'all saying that last season 'going hard' for the tourney tired them out lol. Really? Which GAMES are we talking about here? Oh yeah, It was ONE extra game lol, the Championship one. And they didn't have to go too hard on that one. All the other games counted in the regular season. And considering at the END of the season we were talking about how if we'd won MORE games then the playin/playoffs wouldn't have been so tough. So them "Going Hard" in the in-season tourney was actually a good thing ya? In fact we wished they'd 'gone harder' in MORE games so they didn't get the crappy post season matchups.

Lebron was making some strange turnovers with some wayward passes. The Spurs didn't even seem to care about winning this game by benching Wemby at the end of quarters.

Nothing unusual. LeBron is the NBA career leader in total turn overs, Westbrook leads TO average per game.

LeBron knows he needs to step back a bit in order not to make people mad at him, and not hurt the team.. so is focused on triple double instead of points, that's his only aim for the season and luckily many people noticed it..
