Pogacar's level of form makes it look like he's simply toying with the other riders. Effortlessly holding wheels when others attack and able to sprint right past when it's his turn to counter. He hasn't hesitated or been caught off guard, there's simply no match for him at this point in the season. Jumbo Visma probably brought the wrong squad to Paris-Nice to give Vindegaard a fighting chance, Gaudu had a phenomenal race, always at the sharp end of the field and throwing some punches at Pogacar throughout to test his mettle.
@Lion-wd1px Жыл бұрын
last year he also beat Vingegaard at Tirreno. Jonas will probably peak for the tour and gets better the longer and higher it goes. But whats so special about Pog is him always having a blasting form and being able to do almost anything.

Maybe, and maybe not. He's been dominating from an early age and his numbers even as a teenager were off the scales. Lance was getting smashed in the early days at grand tour level and his cheating in hindsight was pretty obvious. Pog has bad days (last years Tour testifies to that). Lance never had bad days because he was so juiced up. Perhaps he's the Usain Bolt of modern cycling. Who the hell knows but it seems we are in some sort of golden age of talent here like we've had with tennis. But you're right, time will tell. If he is, cycling is finished.
