Chef Julia Sullivan may be born and raised in Nashville, but she doesn’t consider herself to be a “southern chef”. At her restaurant, Henrietta Red, she challenges herself to approach food differently than the classic southern restaurant by utilizing lots of seafood and steering away from pork.

Chas in Nashville. Sweet. It's been 10 years since my last visit and we ate all the Nashville foods Chef Sullivan probably avoids! Ha. Excellent Eat Seeker episode. Sullivan is a natural on camera and her dishes look fantastic. I'd be all over those beets. 👍

Idea for april fools:give mark a normal looking pizza. But theres a twist. Underneath the sauce and cheese, make a layer of just pineapple. Pre cut it so that mark doesnt see the layer of hell underneath
