Chakras define the energy centres in the body and, when blocked, can cause sickness and frustration amongst many other things.
This is the third in the series that defines and represents each energy center starting from the top down. It is known as the Throat Chakra or Vishuddha, and represents things such as Communication, Expression, Creativity and Inspiration, to name a few.
This soundscape includes the Solfeggio tone linked to throat Chakra, to help with meditation. Give this soundscape a minute to build its layers to become completely hypnotising and calming.
