I was blessed to see/hear the Tibetan monks do the throat singing at the UC Santa Cruz campus. When they sang, I could see 3 dimensional geometry cruising through the auditorium. Thought I was hallucinating but I wasn't

When i try my throat get itchy after a few seconds, any tips?

@@captain8.69 If it is too painful I would be very careful. I made sure to practice for only short amounts for a long time. I am not a teacher and I might be doing it wrong from a long term perspective. It took a long time to build the muscles and resilience.
