Jungkook is deservedly The Main Vocalist of BTS and one of the most outstanding pop stars on pop scene right now as a solo singer. Speaking of showing off his skills in solo era, i have to agree. Even though he always was stand out vocalist for me in BTS with his singing abilities, especially live singing and versatility, in solo era he really got to showcase his true colors and strengths. Jungkook’s a phenomenal singer and I’m happy not only fans, but media and general public acknowledge it too. He deserves all the flowers he receives! Also, if you want to see his beautiful versatility, you should check out a song called Somebody from his album. He sings in so many different voices there. Thank you for your reaction!

JK is the only one that has been using that purple in ear piece with BTS/Army logo since 2018 as that's when I saw it for the first time. He is the only one that keeps using that specific one which is very recognizable. Purple is after all the colour of Army fandom and BTS💜

15:53 "vowel modification" What amazes me is that JK is able to do this in a language (English) that is not his primary language. I mean, vowels in English are a mess; "a" can be "apple", "ape", "father" etc. Jungkook must have an amazing ear to be able to distinguish all of this in a foreign language ....

Each member has their own colored mic and yes, JKs is purple. He uses that for BTS group performances. As a soloist, I believe he opted to use a different one to signify his solo career. ARMY is fervently awaiting the time he will be using the purple mic again... when all BTS members come back as a group in 2025💜.

You should also check out the iheart radio song “Hate You” it is so so good…. His vocals are the beat at this one… some of the outside live one … he either had a cold or it was so windy and cold that he said it was hard to sing and apologize for not sounding better… he is a perfectionist… 💜💜💜

I was on my way to NY last month and had no idea that Jungkook was going to perform live in Times Square (where my hotel was located, coincidentally). I missed the show but got caught up in the aftermath - that was the longest it ever took for me to reach a hotel door! My cabbie at one point advised me that it would faster to walk the last couple of blocks.

I have seen and heard several versions of this song. It's always a treat to hear a live version. This track, in my opinion, is virtually generational. It has ALL the elements and then some. I have no idea how JK will follow this song/album. He obviously has the vocal chops to do whatever he wants. It will be interesting to see if he follows this up with more tracks in this vein. He is probably the "best" pure vocalist in BTS. He could easily go onto a solo career if that's what he wants to do. Great reaction. Take care......

The color purple is significant to BTS and the ARMY. The phrase “I purple you” is a unique way for fans to express their love for BTS using the group’s signature color. The phrase was first coined by V during BTS’ third muster in November 2016. As purple light touched the audience, V explained the meaning behind the color. “Do you know what purple means? Purple is the last color of the rainbow colors, so it means I will trust and love you for a long time,” he said. From that point on, Army declared purple as BTS’ color, and “I purple you” as their way of telling BTS how much they love them
