"Why Don't You Stay" was composed, written, produced, and performed by Jeff himself. This song is part of the soundtrack of a Thai series called KinnPorsche. The series had enormous success, and at the end, the production company organized a tour with the actors from the series, traveling to various cities in different Asian countries. The moments in the video where he is seen standing on stage with a boy (his partner in the series) are from the tour. The moments of Jeff at the piano are from one of his solo concerts. The song in the video belongs to the solo concert

They took different performances to amalgamate it into this MV. I believe what we are hearing is the actual performance when he was on the piano. I read a comment from a fan who was at that performance commenting how amazing it sounded just like how they remembered. You can also find the version with Jeff walking and singing uploaded by a fan. He actually just recovered from COVID for that performance and you can hear the hoarseness in his voice. But he still hit those notes. The other guy’s name is Barcode who played his partner in the BL series KinnPorsche. They were giving the audience an ending that didnt happen in the series. It will unlikely be continued due to writer conflict before and subsequently both Jeff and Barcode are no longer with the company.

Jeff composes,writes and does all the arrangements for most of his music, hopefully you'll react to him some more Fade Dum Dum unchained version Black tie Rain wedding Ghost and Yellow leaf( the music videos for these are a two part story) some of his music has thai and English versions i recommend you listen to both when they are available although i tend to like the Thai versions better

Jeff is a brilliant songwriter & composer, as well as an actor, director, musician, producer, and it goes on and on. Satur is pronounced like Saturn without the N. This video is from multiple tour performances, as he sings 2 separate versions of the song; one English and one Thai. He doesn't just translate from one language to another, he actually rewrites the song so that it flows similarly in both languages. He is my all-time favorite artist.

So.. any song next would be great.😆But if you want to hear something similar, I would suggest Ghost or live versions of Hide or Rain Wedding. I first came across Jeff satur as an actor in Thai bl’s. He apparently trained as a graphic designer but has grown into a very talented musician, vocalist,composer, lyricist, producer and broke away from his previous mgmt company to run his own label and mgmt company. From what I understand Jeff was actually doing Jazz for his 1st year at Uni but decided it wasn’t for him as he felt it restricted his creativity. He changed his major to business/finance to help his Father’s business. He worked as a graphic artist for a bit doing billboards but he learned that on the job. And I agree Dum Dum is awesome. I prefer his live performances as you never know what he will do. Don’t forget he is also part-time comedian 😂 to his fans aka SATS.

This is a Thai version so it's a studio version. The English version was played on the concert tour. It is only performed live. Even when I downloaded this song, it was recorded from one of the concerts. Since he is an actor, he sang this song with his partner, so sometimes another guy appears there. I would like to see more reactions to Thai songs. In Thailan, actors often sing OSTs for their TV series. And they are all great. By the way, this song is also an OST for the TV series in which Jeff played

To our knowledge Jeff Satur can hit above a C6 note with head voice alone (based off live performances). He can also hit whistle notes. He's an incredible singer! I really recommend dum dum the live unchained version, because it shows a bit of his vocal range. He also plays a thai instrument called the "Phin". What's really interesting about dum dum, is it doesn't really fit into any genre of music, so we just call it the "dum dum genere"

he wrote composed produced mixed this song all by himself. the original thai version is on guitar. so beautiful too. this was actually so long ago. when i tell you he's like another level now. and this was still so good so you can only imagine. but he has so much more control on his chest voice now and his range is actually insane. and he hits the highest to lowest notes with soo much ease live too. all in head voice, chest voice and even belting. he's known as god jeff in thailand and for good reason haha he's amazing.

It was a live recording but the video it's a mix of his live performances from the world tour in company with his cast members of the series that he was playing into. The song was composed by Jeff for a BL series called KinnPorsche. He was a character who was in love with another guy, (the other boy who was in the stage with him) but they relationship it was kind of impossible. Anyways, the song it's good but I prefer the Thai language version of the song (yes, there are two versions. Thai and English) Jeff always make an English versions of his song for his international fans (we are so glad for this service) Now! Coming back to your channel and reactions. I love you boys! Highly recommend “Dum Dum” both unchained Live version and the original version! The OG is in Thai but it has subtitles and the video has a story as well, very pretty song. Then the unchained live is the version he sings at concerts and well live! It’s a different song entirely as in the tone and mixing, and in English! Again both highly recommend, although all his stuff is super good, can’t go wrong with Jeff Satur! He was also on a reality show in China, “Call me by Fire” where he sings “No time for regrets” and he really shows his versatility there! Again hope you continue to watch Jeff!

Heck yeah! We love Jeff Satur over here (and by here I mean me and my little sister doing dishes in our kitchen). I'm not sure if this is the actual audio from the concert because tbh it wasn't his best performance due to him just getting over a nasty case of covid a day or two before. However, Jeff is incredible live! There is a great video of him and another Thai singer-songwriter, Silvey, performing her song 'Far From Home' just sitting at a table and vibing.

Visually, you're looking at two different performances. The audio itself is the world tour version of the song, which is the one where he plays the whole song at the piano. I was laughing at you guys saying Jeff's a magician because that's actually a little bit of a joke in at least part of the fandom. As for where to go next, Jeff doesn't really have any skips but I would definitely say Dum Dum next, the unchained version. It's the better vocal imo, (not that the studio version is bad by any stretch of the imagination), and a completely different vibe from this one. Fade, Ghost, and Rain Wedding are also musts.

If you would like to hear more of him, for his vocal range and song structure, I would recomend Dum Dum Unchained live verssion and his live performance of Black Tie for Chuang Asia 2024 (Its a shorter version with diferent arangment than the original but really love this performance). Yeah. It’s a live video over a live audio. I hate that it’s out of sync. Drives me bananas because he’s so mesmerizing to watch! But this is the best audio version. There’s a few other ones out there too. He’s a true musician and produces all his own music. He’s also been acting for years in Thailand and he’s amazing method type actor. There’s some behind the scenes of KinnPorsche which is what this song is from where he breaks down after the take because he feels so bad for the character he plays. You can hear it in this music. He totally improvised this song during the show taping for a writing mentor session with his costar BarCode which appears in the video. He took it away and created this masterpiece of an anthem. He wrote in English and Thai and he blends East and west perfectly. You can watch anything he creates and it’s amazing on all the levels. Musicianship is just one of those levels. Honestly amazed he’s not already an international star. Ask @JohnReavesLive about his Jeff Satur experience, it’s one of his songs where, well, I’ll not give it away. lol.
