if you go with that, bow is better being your main and dagger secondary and make use of crit build and use the crit passives from dagger

Big question, most of the guild members are saying g my build won’t be as good as it could because I wanna play dagger/bow and not bow/dagger or dagger/xbow. I’m a l2 massive old school fan since C1 and for me a dagger full cannon has only 1 result, kill someone and instantly dies I love the fact to be able of reset hide skill or the blink what can be used as offensive/defensive. If you love daggers like me, then go with Xbow Preferably main Xbow until end game, then transition to Dagger being your main at end game!

When you say mainingg xbow first what does that include? I just started today, lvling up the X bows skills first?? Also what stat's should I focus on being xbow/Dagger then transitioning into dagger/xbow

@@AMSFITNESSx Meaning level up your Xbow skills and weapon first, and I would recommend getting Quick Fire and Mortal Mark to Blue then to Purple ASAP. At end game, you pretty much become BOTH a Dagger and an Xbow bow main since this build is a hybrid build but the reason you push Xbow early is because it's much better than dagger throughout the early stages of the game and makes your leveling easier. (both suck compared to some other weapons though during leveling sadly lol)

Tanks are never good in PvE except for well, tanking. So my tip for tanks and healers as always as follows: 1-Level up 1 DMG skill or 2 to get you through the initial content 2-DO NOT play solo lol

Wand has really good dmg and same does bow, and Wand/Bow is the best support. However, this game is NOT solo friendly to ANY weapons in any way, shape or form as the game's main focus is parties and guilds and building a community basically, so I recommend having a constant party, and even better, join a big active guild!

@@aspylos12 GS/Dagger DEX is the main stat not Perception You will get perception to 20 or so then start putting everything into DEX And STR is bruiser style rather than Crit which is what we aim for in this build

Really? 2 handed sword is probably also used by some because of the buffs, I think there are a couple healer combos and each has pros and cons. What you end up playing is more a matter of flavor.

Is there any need for dedicated healers in this game tho? Since there are quite a few popular dps builds with tome as secondary (main even), there will be a lot of players who can just toss a heal or two whenever...meaning that you'll always have someone in a party who can heal. Wouldn't that make someone who specialises in just healing be completely useless? Asking mainly cuz I wanted to play the main heal build, but I'm worried it will leave me with no teams to play and progress with.

Actually dedicated healers and tanks are on VERY high demand in the game cause they're so scarce, and an off healer is never anywhere as good as a player who is committed to support!

One question though, Do you think Davinci's courage is worth taking in PVP to make yourself even tankier? it gives you an extra 1500 HP for 20 secs at max level but I think you mentioned somewhere it's been nerfed Also just curious how many times you can level up a skill at max

You are indeed correct, you can upgrade skills to higher tiers and max lvl for each tier is lvl 5.

It’s ABSOLUTELY terrible at early game, meh mid game, and end game it gets A LOT better once you have enough gear and stats for it. Just as a tip: Main Xbow until end game, and main dagger once you get your purple weapons

Really interested in SnB + Dagger off meta tank build. Seems like coulr be extremely fun in pvp. Just wondering if stats would be spread too thin between STR/DEX/PER. A SnB + GS could soley focus on STR/PER. Would the dagger passives for evasion be enough without pumping dex? Could you main tank as easily in pve?

Shikku, man you are such a lifesaver, great job on the weapon build video. I need help with my GS/Dagger build. So just a few questions, 1) I see you did not take the willbreaker skill, i understand the base dmg is nerfed now however they buffed the def reduction to 400. Is there a reason why you are not including this skill in the build? Is it only useful in like pve situations? How significant is 400 def reduction? 2) Mana issues, the mana cost on both GS & dagger still looks pretty high, how bad will mana consumption be for a full melee build? Some footages i saw melees had long gaps between skills and just auto-attacking because they are constantly running out of mana. 3) The only "mana" skill/passive we have is Victor's morale "Upon dealing dmg with skills, restores 19 mana". Is this passive per skill or per hit as i understand some skills might have multiple hits like valiant brawl. Copium i hope its per hit

1-Actually I am simply very skeptical about that skill as the numbers seem very small, but since I don’t know what changes could have taken place on base defensive stats do play around with the skill and see if it’s worth it, I will be keeping an eye out too! 2-Mana issues can be really annoying indeed but I think the mana regen passive should make life a lot better and passive procs even on skills! Hope this helped ♥️

Great video! One question, dont u think that the dps combo of greatsword and dagger could be better using plate armor and focusing con strength? Because i think that with de poison and the stun i already have a lot of crits, and with the movement skills i have a lot of evation. So if i focus on strength i think i would do a lot of damage, have a lot of hp, and very nice defense. On the other hand, if a focus on dex, of course i will have more crits and evation, but i dont know if thats worth more than the hp and defense. What do u think about that?

The issue here is, the only armor type that gives you BOTH magic and range evasion in this game is leather armor, and guess who is your worst enemy in mass PvP? Yup, range and magic, that’s why leather is my preferred choice! For PvE and/or small scale PvP though I can definitely see your idea working well!
