Great build, I follow a very similar build. One item that might be useful that is super cheap is the blue gloves Feathered Drake Skin Gloves: Has 9.5% range, 4 perception and trait with attack speed, ranged and magic endurance

Pretty neat blue, my only issue is that i have a pretty similar case to the one shown in the video but with the clasp, in order to reach good hit, i need to wear the deadeye cloak giving up on tapestry evasion increase. 2 blues i think is too much. I really am wondering if having +90 hit and crit chance is better than +150 magic and ranged evasion.

I would say it depends on your build. Evasion is only good if you can get around 1100 or more. You need a certain threshold of evasion for it to work well. As longbow staff I think endurance is the way to go in the long run. Evasion isn’t bad if you can get it high enough.

hey! I tested the range of flashwave against the training dummy and the range really made a difference..but you need to charge it until max for it to work...

At max range it seems like whatever your build you get up to 30m. The difference comes mostly from the initial distance when you start charging. It makes a difference to start charging at 20m vs 24m.

I chose to go evasion first because I'm also playing staff/daggers for smaller PvP content but also in preparation of the mastery rework. I might do a video about it once we got confirmation on how it gonna be. Endurance is still really good and it allows you to get better offensive stats.

I was here since launch haha It's something I have explained in my previous video "Why I play endurance", my focus is on endurance obviously but I value ranged evasion as 3rd perk since I can get around 1.3k with Victorious energy and have a little be of chance to evade, rather than stacking mana regen aside 600 HP on the helmet. Right now I moved to spellblade so I'm running an evasion build, but still can play liberator, just much less effective since I'm losing a bunch of range and offensive stats due to evasion build.

Nice ! I didn't really got into arena as bow/staff, I know as you get to a higher rank it becomes much more difficult due to the fact you're a glasscanon class and people will heavily target you. As for Tevent bow, you could fit it in without any issue yea, as for me I'm going staff/daggers so I won't have much interest into it.

What do you think of eldritch whispers or supreme devotion for PVE? Eldritch Whispers Attack speed 5.8%, Bonus Damage +10, Health regen +50.95 Supreme Devotion Cooldown 3%, Crit Hit Chance +95, Mana Regen +56

Both are good, probably wanna go Eldritch then for the AS, it's a really solid stat in PvE.

Yea it's definitely viable. The passive is pretty good especially for smaller scale and the extra crit are definitely appreciable for the build. You just won't get to the same stats milestones but that's okay, as long as you have 50 Str and 60 Perc.

Your priority is 50 strength and 60 perception I would say then ideally 30 dext. You don't need more dext, so if you have more points, either look at getting 60 str or 70 perc, otherwise just put the remaining points in wisdom.

I think Bellandir staff struggles a bit to fit into a bow/staff build but you can make it work. You will have to focus on applying a maximum of burn effects though so don't use the Focused Firebomb. As for the gear, simply focus on having at least 900 Hit and if possible 50 strength since heavy attack works on the Bell passive.

Hit chance? You have around 1k with the build I'm showing in the video, which is imo a sweet spot. Anything under 900 starts to be too low if your focus is pvp, even more if your focus is arena since you gonna have lot of people running evasion builds.

@@NipaQQ Both endurance and evasion are good. Endurance was 100% the go to prior to 1.8, now both can work. So if you wanna play daggers as well, go evasion and you get potential 3 builds (liberator, infiltrator and spellblade) but you gonna lose damage as for your liberator build compared to an endurance build.

Before 1.8 I would have said endurance is the go to on bow/staff, now it's a different discussion since weakens are back into the meta so you gonna have your endurance melted aside your hit chance, making evasion also viable on bow/staff. So if you're already running ranged and magic evasion, I would advise to keep it and see if it works well for you or not.

Perception increase the crit dmg? Why all ppls use 60 on perc? Isnt better like 60str 50 dex.and 40 perc? I dun have problem to hit ppls never miss even with 40,is that possible?

Perhaps you target mostly tanks or endurance players, but with a low hit chance you're more likely to miss a lot on any evasion players, especially if they run daggers.

Yes, otherwise I would go for Grisp to still be on double ranged and magic endurance + double attack speed. But I think the Crit chance + range is just too good for liberator imo.

Yea you can either go Violet Signet (blue and cheap to trait), Alabaster band, Band of the Chosen one or Silent one. Basically getting more attack speed then you chose depending on your stats, if you need str, dext or perc.

Ah yea 2.5k CP is low as for now, many players will be over 3k, and PvP players will be probably over 3.5k CP at this point so it's normal that you feel less impactful due to gear difference.

Almost having same Build and gear except for 2 Equipments. Instead of Shock Commander Gauntlets i have Shadow Harvester Grips and i exchanged my Head Piece with Shadow Mask. Resulting me into 4 Set Bonus from Shadow Harvest. Working quite good and those 10% attack speed you actually feel gameplay wise xD

Well here is the thing, you actually lose stats going for 4-p Shadow. The Shock Commander gloves can have 8% attack speed trait, so you only get 2% extra with 4-p Shadow while losing important stats like crit chance or hit chance. You can even consider you don't need the range and go for the Grips of the Executioner and get 13.3% attack speed if you really value the attack speed over range.

Yes it's PvP, I'm just covering my PvE skills at 17:56. You can run whatever in PvE as for the gear, just wanna max out the most damage possible. You don't have to care too much about stats like hit chance. On my questlog there is a PvE build.

Hello thanks for the vid i have a question i recently opened a twink and its not lvl 50 yet so its class isnt set in stone i went with dagger and staff i like being able to do 1v1s and i heard it melts sleepbombers as an experienced staff player do you think bow staff is better or dagger staff is better for what i want ?

You guys playing on PC have no idea the nonsense happening on ps5 , this is the 2nd day of not being able to purchase lucent from the store. In certain dungeons the camera gets stuck, unable to rotate camera, died several times because of this. Didn't get t2 dungeons on the day of new update. At this point I'm ready to play something else.

Evasion was never the meta for bow/staff ppl just follow bad guides on some websites.. evasion is only worth it on daggers as you can buff it so high.

No, both are good. Until now I considered endurance much better due to the fact that you wouldn't stack enough evasion anyway, and weaken builds were out of the meta mostly because bow users having Devoted Shield. Now that the weaken builds are back since they changed Devoted Shield, I consider both good and perhaps evasion might even be a bit better but for now it's a bit tricky to say since there is a major bug wrecking defensive stats into negative values (endurance and evasion debuffs like Thundercloud or Icy Mire work per player instead of being a unique debuff).

I thought I explained it in the video. By default endurance is the go to for bow/staff or bow/wand due to the value being much better than evasion. As bow/staff evasion in most matchups won't be efficient enough until you have Victorious Energy on. HOWEVER with the 1.8 and the weaken back into the meta, it's your choice to go either endurance or evasion. I couldn't test yet how effective is endurance in context due to the actual bug about defensive stats debuff working per player and pushing you into negative stats.

@@justinn4787 aah right then no, it's a 4-p set bonus which means you wouldn't be able to run 2-p shadow harvester for the crit damage bonus. Also in T1 except for tanks, you usually rather run 2-p set than 4 because it's often a net loss in term of stats.

I don't really have a proper rotation, you just wanna keep burns stacks at 10 before using lightning skills, refresh Death Marker on cooldown, always follow your Strafing with Zephyr. That's about it.
