This game reignited my childhood passion for dinosaurs and Jurassic Park series. I had lots of fun incubating and preparing park with other interesting species like triceratopses, brontosaurus, velociraptors... but I won't lie - releasing incubated tyranosaurus rex for the first time... goosebumps. Whoever came up with the idea of camera zoom during release was a fucking genius. It makes such a huge difference between mediocre sim and movie experience.

Everytime I release a new T-Rex after the previous one dies from old age of the PS4 release of Jurassic World Evolution, it just never seems to go for the meat feeder, only the live bait feeder. Do I have to modify the T-Rex in order for it to go for the meat feeder?

Nope. Different Dinosaurs prefer different types of food (I ASSUME), whether they be Live bait or Food on ground. I too had this kind of issue

I know I'm a year late but it depends on how many of either feeder you have in the enclosure. I recently took a few live feeders away since the goats were always interfering with the gyrosphere attraction, and if you have more ground feeders than live feeders it'll still occasionally go for a goat every now and then but it'll mostly eat from the ground feeders

@@Yee-erOfHaws Well, I know the small carnivore dinosaurs will go for both the live bait feeder and ground feeder. It's just ground feeder that I can't seem to get the big carnivores to eat from.

@@JoshuaModerwell hmm. If you'd like both feeders in one enclosure at the same time I'd recommend 1 live feeder and maybe 2 or 3 ground feeders. If that doesn't work I'd say no live feeders at all

Sorry. In fact I learned this in the wikia but I did not see the last update. In reality, the T-rex is solitary in the game, as is the indominus. On the other hand spinosaurus and giganotosaurus can tolerate a member of their own species. (They can live in pairs).
