I’ve always dreamed of owning Han’s rx7 from Tokyo Drift. Once I graduate college and find myself in a comfortable place in life that car’s going to be my priority. I’ll build it and I’ll be damned if I don’t. This video is inspiring and only makes me more excited about the future. 😁

Hell yeah brother. I've got something like that in mind. It's not an rx7 but it's a 5.0L dual vvti V12 and I wanna shove it and a 6 speed manual into my Lexus sc300

Just be warned, Han's Veilside RX7 would cost about $80k to replicate, after you've bought the car and, by today's standards, it's pretty underpowered at just under 300bhp. It's also Right Hand Drive only. For the film there was about 6 or 7 cars, only one of which was tuned up. The rest were nornal RX7s with the Veilside Fortune bodykit added. You could build one of those for 40k to 50k but you *might* end up being embarrassed when the lights go green.

It has been awhile since that build and I loved it. Her picks of color was awesome in it's own way. And I remember the great hardware she used for great detail.. I am sure she showed the performance of the car but to lift the hood I am sure people was wowed in so many ways. Would love to see another crazy build similar to this someday soon. Honestly, I like this RX-7 better than TJ’s. It’s a lot cleaner and the body is not overly done like TJ’s. To me, this is a very clean build and the body is not overly customized. To me, the RX-7 body is a timeless design. The colorful engine is not to my taste, but as long as the body is not harassed, that’s the main thing.😂

In confused with how the radiator is going to get it's airflow with the position changed

its called V-mount .. it separates the air from the intercooler to opposite directions .. the radiator has fans attached to it and it pushes air toward the bottom of the car .. while the intercooler pushes the air up .. best way to have a set up and cooler temps also... cooler numbers than a from mount setup...typically cars dont have the space to make this happen .. thats why you see this very often in rotary cars.
