Looks so good!! That’s rad for your team too! As a fellow WRX owner myself may I suggest getting him the Perrin Turbo Sump Restrictor! When changing the exhaust it changes the pressure and pulls oil through the turbo seals, it’ll reduce or stop the oil smell and the smoke. Just a suggestion that made a big difference for me!

So, not being a stickler But in my STI, i slipped two all in one subs under the front seats. 8" and makes your head bounce off the celling. And you get 100% trunk space without worry of the box getting bashed. Updated my rear decklid sub with a HUGE BARELY FIT sub. Door speakers with tru 3 way's With a nice set of tweets in dash. Threw bass exciters into the rear seats and in the backs of the front seats. Dude, it THUMPS and looks 200% stock, and even on low volume, you can FEEL the bass, so headache and shaking mirrors/eyes are a thing of the past. In fact , the wife was like 'nah lets watch a movie in the subie" the other day because the sound is UNREAL. Truely mind bending how good the audio is, ill have to make a video on it once im done with my current project! 18 days left! Fucking crunch time!

That’s awesome of you guys to do that for him. Word of advice from someone who owns STi’s, those OTS tunes should only be temporary, as even Cobb themselves say it’s just something to get you around until you get a pro-tune. He should go see a pro-tuner when he has time and get his car dialed in specifically for him. It’ll run a lot better and help his engine last longer.

I'm just not big on the AWE exhaust. I mean, they sound decent and still flow really well, but i have a huge soft spot in my heart for the single exit, big bore exhausts. That's probably why my STi has a Tomei Expreme 🤣

Now I miss my Subaru. Her name was Suzy a 97 legacy. Paid $650 for her and drove it for over ten years. Normal maintenance stuff only. And I beat the crap out of it occasionally. Rear dif eventually went out and couldn’t find a replacement. I almost cried the day I took a running car to the junkyard. RIP Suzy.
