As a consumer of Ugandan legal services,am not convinced by statements & claims by your guest.I don’t see Semakade changing much of what’s going on Uganda He’s not addressed the criminality going on among the law firm’s registered with ULS.Lots & lots of criminal behaviours e.g misuse of information provided by clients.Examples in land wrangles is flared up by lawyers.
