I binge played Lorelei and The Láser Eyes and WHAT AN AMAZING GAME! Loved it from start to end!! Loved the story, the art, the music, the different type of puzzles, the clues carefully hidden in plain sight. Congratulations Simogo for creating this wonderful art piece that is Lorelei and the Laser Eyes, it is definitely one of my favourite games of this year!!

Well, after a little over 50 hours of playtime with this along with achieving 100% in the game (surprisingly to me), I can say that not only did I get my money’s worth with this game, but also that it takes a commanding lead over Animal Well as my Game of the Year so far. It can’t be understated how astonishing it is that you, Simogo, continue to push boundaries in terms of what games are capable of being with every new experience that you release. Every single piece of software you’ve put out over the years has been a masterpiece in its own right. And this newest one is your most ambitious and creative title to date, and that’s really saying something. All the elements of this game (albeit clouded in mystery on some level) are top-notch: the story, music, exploration, atmosphere, horror aspects, etc. You know that feeling you get when you’ve got done watching all the seasons of a great show and you’re like, “What am I supposed to do with my life now?” Well, THAT is how much I’ve been immersed in this game throughout my time playing it. I can’t remember the last time I’ve gotten absolutely lost in any piece of media quite like this previously. Which is something that, interestingly, runs pretty parallel to the storytelling in the game itself. You know, this video is also surreal in a way. For the first time, I’m seeing and hearing from the people whose names I’ve only seen in credits in their past games over the years. And as far as what is to be said in a “Behind the Scenes” video like this for a unique game like this, it all really couldn’t be said any better. I look forward to whatever you’ll all produce next. Because no matter how long it takes, it will be worth the wait. And with a team like this? Wild hearts glitter, and laser eyes shine.

Definitely my GOTY so far, and it's gonna be tough to beat. Absolutely incredible everything, from the puzzles to the immaculate vibes, not to mention the plot twisting on itself in interesting meta ways... congrats to everyone on the team, you made something worth remembering.

FANTÁSTICO!!! 10/10 GOTY, however you want to put it!! this game has made me feel like my iq is in the negatives and then immediately like I’m the smartest person alive upon solving the same puzzle that stumped me. it’s the puzzle of the hotel within the puzzle of the mystery within the puzzle of what’s actually happening in the story- it feels almost as if video games could be mixed media.
