So absolutely fascinating. I'm a New York City guy. I'm also an American combat Veteran (US. Army 505th PIR 82nd Airborne Division) I am now 78 years of age, but I continue to work out and weight train, as I've done all of my adult life. I have been around the Globe once, or twice. And, I can not find the words to properly THANK Everyone at "THE TIME...THEN". You've brought back many fine memories for me. And, I've also been able to view places and times, my Veteran Dad, and Grand Dad had told me about many decades ago. I find I become mesmerized and absolutely enchanted by Your wonderful work in presenting the near and far Past to us through the art and science of Photography. There is also something of a sadness in seeing some of the truly Good things we have lost with the passing of Time. Time itself is still something of a Mystery to Humankind. Does "TIME" actually, "Pass", or is the idea, or theory of "Time", just a Human construct to better keep a disciplined and orderly Life. Is there really only a "Here and Now" forever. I think I'm getting in way "IN" over my feeble head...LOL! Again, my sincere THANK YOU to all those that make, "THE TIME...THEN" possible. BRAVO!

I keep saying to myself that I must travel the Atlantic to see America again, only going there a few years ago, but I was jet lagged and as it was just a 3 day trip most of the time didn’t appreciate it. Thanks Time again. 😊

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me, it appears Dorothy Klewer is operating a machine that was the forerunner of the Zamboni -- a device used to clear ice surfaces in hockey rinks etc. (See photo at 4:03.) One thing I do know: Viewers at The Time Then are never skating on thin ice when it comes to viewing top-notch old-time photos.
