A "best friend" who manipulated me emotionally for years to the point of I was having panic attacks every time we spoke, and then went around telling people I was bipolar. (I am not.) I have since found out she was sleeping with my ex and those panic attacks were the Universe telling me to run, run, run far away. I cut her off and have never had a panic attack again. Never again. It was the heaviest, trauma driven energy I have experienced. Something took over and I was attacked over and over, I couldn’t make sense and it hurt so bad without closure. It was like I couldn’t have find a compensating quality to help me turn towards love to heal. I surrendered, some things you will never understand, it doesn’t matter.
