It’s now 2020. I did not originally post these videos, nor did I ever manage the account. I’ve never personally viewed my reception on here, only been told by word of mouth. I’ve finally been convinced by those close to me in the boxing game to give this a shot. New, as well as unseen, content will be posted in the coming weeks. Thanks for all your support.

We were taught something very similar. Grandmaster Carl Beaman told us that our hands are like rubber bands. Snapped out and right back in position. 100 jabs, crosses, straights (a lot of ppl only teach the cross and not the straight right or left hand lead) hooks, and uppercuts with 5lbs. weight and resistance tubes. Needless to say when we were hitting jokers we was putting them to sleep! 🤣 R.I.P Coach thank you for all the knowledge and wisdom.

As a tall fighter, I remember having a problem overstretching with punches without adjusting my feet when I saw an opening. But the coach here is right, everything should be thrown from you being in boxing stance and it's your feet that should close the distance between you and the opponent - you shouldn't be reaching with your punches to close the distance. Don't come off balance. I've been boxing 5 years now but the fundamentals are always worth revisiting.
