The most legendary girl group for sure! They were the first Korean act to enter the American billboard. They also toured with the Jonas brothers, made a song with Akon, and had their own movie on Nickelodeon. You should react to their recent stuff! Their last album is amazing! I’m pretty sure you know Sunmi as a solo artist but there’s also Yeeun, she go’s by Hatfelt. Her solo music is good too!

I actually got to see them live when they opened for the Jonas Brothers during one of their tours. They were so captivating! They’re actually my first intro to the kpop world. You should check out their “Like this” MV where it’s a flash mob situation. It’s my fav song of theirs. 💕

The first funky song in the beginning of the video is actually JYP's song that came out like in 96 or 97. The song is called Honey and it's timeless. I think you might like song too. You would LOVE Tell Me by the Wonder Girls. It's a super throwback, back to like the very beginning but omg it's so great. The dance was one of the most iconic kpop dances to date, and so many groups of people covered it. Truly a treat, honestly.

Did you happen to check out the Korean Version? It's got that natural feel that can get lost in translation with the English alternatives. I'd recommend. Also if you ever want to check our Poppa JYP (the dude in the beginning and founder of JYP Ent) then Honey (the song he was singing) is a good start and maybe 'She Was Pretty'. Both of the MVs are 90's old, but still awesome.

If you wanna know about American boy groups there are two that have popped up on the scene recently and have received a ton of attention. You should check out PRETTYMUCH and Next Town Down. After B2K we [America] haven't really had a boy group home grown since then but PRETTYMUCH and Next Town Down are taking over the spot! PRETTYMUCH is a 5 member R&B pop American boy group created by Simon Cowell. They were formed through an audition back in 2013 I think and out of hundreds of applicants were the only 5 to get picked. They all got their start on KZbin posting videos of them singing, dancing, acting and doing variety skits and through this they were scouted to go to they audition where they would be picked to join the group. They are a diverse group of boys with each member being of a different race. This group can sing and dance and produce their own music and I think every member can play at least one instrument. They started garnering attention back in 2014 when they would post videos and them dancing and singing to popular songs on their instagram account and posting covers on their soundcloud. Their fandom name is BEANZ because it is an abbreviation of the members names Brandon, Edwin, Austin, Nick and Zion. Please give them a listen, I don't have a particular song you should check out I think all of their songs are GREAT so anyone you choose is fine by me. Next Town Down are a five member R&B pop African American boy group consisting of Malik, Tre'von, Chris, Terrence and Leon. They have a unique story because before they were a group they were friends on the popular app, Musical.ly. After, they decided to form a singing group and they are all currently living in L.A. They started posting vocal and dance covers on KZbin and started getting attention but the video that went viral is their Evolution of Boy Bands. In this video they perform a medley of some of the greatest boy band of all time starting from the Motown era all the way to One Direction. They don't have a lot of original music out right now but it's because they are still working on gaining more popularity. Right now they are really doing the KZbin up! They post at least one cover a week and they have over 285k subscribers right now. They talents and hard work got them to meet some of the biggest names in music such as, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, the Backstreet Boys and many more. They are currently working on releasing new music. Please show ya love and check them out. I'm SUPER happy to see a wonder girls reaction! I hope you'll react to other ones of theirs too. Try Be My Baby, and Wishing On A Star, and Like This Wonder Girls has also changed quite a bit throughout their career. First it was: Sunmi, Sohee, Sunye, Yenny, Yubin, and Hyuna. Hyuna left after the first mini debut album. She's in their first music video "Irony". She of course went on to become a member of 4minute (also disbanded) and creating her own solo work as well. Later on Sunmi left the group. She made her own solo music after some time had passed. Hyelim joined, filling Sunmi's spot. Wonder Girls made some more music, etc. etc. Then they went on a "hiatus". Yes, one of those.. Lol Sunye and Sohee officially left the group. (Sunye got married, had a baby 😭😍 lol) A little time passed, and Yenny made her own solo music under the name HA:TFELT. You should definitely react to her MV "Ain't Nobody". Then after a little more time passed, the Wonder Girls returned. As a 4 member group made of: Yenny, Sunmi, Hyelim, and Yubin. They made a few more mini albums. I think 2 or 3? (After they came back, their music was a lot different. I liked it, but not the same. So I didn't keep up with them like I had before. Lol You should definitely check it all out tho! And react!) Then the Wonder Girls officially disbanded, I think in 2016, but don't quote me. And now the only member to release any other music since they disbanded is Sunmi. (Not counting any possible OSTs that I don't really keep up with in general.) (OSTs are soundtracks, songs, from kdramas.) She actually just released a song last year, 2017. If you couldn't tell, I was a Wonderful. (WGs fan) Lol They were the first kpop group I discovered and I immediately became a part of their fandom. And that's what threw me into the Kpop/Korean world. They were my favorites and I played their music so much, that everyone who knows me, knows their Nobody song 😂 lmao And some of their other ones too. when I got into kpop it was probably about 11 years ago now (when Wonder Girls debuted) It's definitely caught on much more since then. And it makes me so proud, and so happy! It used to be a dream of mine for kpop to catch on like this, but I waited for so long that now it's happening, I'm so much more chill about it lol Anyways, long comment done, hope to see more reactions of them! xx
