You have great throwing skills. At the early stages you move the clay up differently than I have seen before, This is when the clay is thicker. You seem to pause midway through your pull than do a collaring technique which finishes the pull and also moves a lot of clay. Its hard to see exactly what your left hand is doing or how it is positioned but it sure is effective, Would love to see a different camera angle and have you describe what you are doing, But I do appreciate what you have given us. You have obviously been doing this awhile as evidenced by your expertise. Thanks

Wow this is very impressive. You must have really steady hands. I struggle when I have to have my whole arm in a pot to pull up to keep stability. Do you have any advice or tips?

Using Laguna's "Rod's Bod" clay, which stretches nicely but does not like torque so, these tall & skinny vases are a bit of a challenge with this clay, fun to throw though.
