I like to mix it up, incline, flat and decline. All my weight routines I do something different every time. Keeps from hitting a plateau and helps prevent injuries by working ALL the ligaments, tendons and muscles. Muscle confusion system helps me get gains all the time.

Good idea. Definitely can't settle with one type of exercise. Need to adapt to the athlete's training needs to really affect change and grow. Would you like to see more VERSES videos in the future?

That thick bar you use in the bench press seems very attractive..i like thick bars 🙂
