What is a student strategy when their coach has an almost exact opposite opinion on what you are talking about here?

technique is similar to Alekna. Initiates rotation with closed hips, purposely falls into circle slightly, and catches super deep. only differences are: A. that he leads with a straight left arm instead of bent (like Alekna) and B. he doesn't catch the discus with as much height as Alekna.
One question sir can i play discuss and javlien both or one creates problem with the other

Make sense since the path of the shot is so shorter then discus to try a longer path, + the crouser start add a bit of inertia to the whole body, that when the left groudn to start the rotation is transfered to the upper body and increasing velocity (?). Dunno i trowh 13 mt but the funny crouser start felt soo good to me (i study to compensate my lack of 200kg bench)

Would the Stipe Start help with someone who over rotates with the right sweep out of the back? like so they are more in the middle instead of on the left side of the front of the circle in the power.

D1 coach here, let me help explain. Yaime, aggressively throws her arms down then up in an effort to set a good highpoint when she lands in the power position. This allows her to focus on just throwing hard and not having to focus on keeping her arm high.

Not got a clue what this guy was talking about, some people are just too technical to actually make any common sense!!!
