Will it charge a phone from low to full? I have a charger that only charge my phone from 5% to 60%

+patrick kim I have a Galaxy S7, and it charged mine from dead to around 70% But that will very on your battery size. I can say however for $20 it will charge more, and faster than anything on the market today. I'm not biased, this is my opinion based on testing many different power banks
