24C 75F here on Vancouver Island atm. Sunny and calm. The rain will be here soon enough. We had a huge rainstorm with lightning and thunder recently. It cooled things down considerably but the temperature has been rising ever since. I’m sorry for all of you affected by the wildfires. ~ Connor is getting comfy in his new chair. I like it too. One day I will get myself one. I’m sure he’ll share it with Jim occasionally. 💖

I like storms too. I have insomnia and sometimes I will play rain storm videos to help me fall asleep. I like it when you post views of your yard and stuff. Oh my what a wicked storm. Here on Long Island we only had a good down pour for about 1/2 hour and the sun came out in the middle of it. Prayers for those poor folks in the Gulf where Hurricane Laura is headed; as if dealing with this Covid pandemic isn't enough. Beautuful recliner, Jim. Gee our roofer FINALLY came and did their job after waiting 6 months today. I hope the phebolmost did a good stick! Cats are funny,always the first to check out new or cleaned surfaces.
