The consistency and quality of capturing nearly every major tornado event in 2024 proves why yall are the GOATS. This video deserves way more views. Congrats on such an amazing season. Good luck in 2025!

Killer intro, that February tornado outbreak was crazy. Up here in the Michigan we got hit by the first ever February tornado ever, the Detroit Metro got hit Grand Blanc city SE of Flint had a night time F-2 that took the roof off a factory and damaged a neighborhood. Minden tornado was my favorite of the year too, Reed Timmer's drone footage of the wind turbines getting hit was outstanding. Moreover the tornado occasionally showing its inner structure in several videos was absolutely fascinating. Great footage insane watching the whole meso get wrapped around into the Minden tornado.

Hey guys, my wife and i was just looking for something to watch, and she found your channel, the content was good however the language was a bit harsh, me i didn't mind, Hurricane Beryl made landfall on central Brazoria County Line, as a low end Cat. 2, the kids have a Jr Weather station and the wind's peaked at 115, we suffered minor damage at our home, now our small business in Houston took a lethal hit, but we've been able to come back better than before.
@Stormgasm11 күн бұрын
Sorry to hear about the damage to your home and business, but glad you're bounced back from the storm! It was a brutal hurricane season.

If you run stabilization on some of these, like 7:12, was the framing just too restrictive?
@Stormgasm13 күн бұрын
Yeah, I probably should've tried to stabilize a few shots.

Did Elreno 2013 have anything to do with cacnlng "Storm Riders" I wanna see a in persion tornado! I never see any here in Nky/Cincinati ( some close "weak" supercells passed over north and south of me (at seperate times) but i never get to see one except in videos uguys get it? why i need to see one with in a mile of one...! i justNever want to be in the path of one. let alone an EF2+ ..
@Stormgasm12 күн бұрын
"Storm Riders" ended after the 2012 Spring Chase Season after a change in management at The Weather Channel. The El Reno, Oklahoma Massive Tornado occurred in 2013.
@4BangerNACivicCoupe13 күн бұрын
Why "Storm Riders" stop ???? I want it back on Weather channel.. I loveed it.. you tube sucks!
@Stormgasm12 күн бұрын
Unfortunately, "Storm Riders" along with most if not all running shows at The Weather Channel we canceled because of a change in management in 2012.

I do hate when there is a power fash most chasers ( and cilvies) call it "well a transformer blew" well not exactly the case (99% of the time) now the one in Tenesee? ) maybe. it would EXPLODE! with blue and many color flashes of light with a "VERY LOUD "BANG" noise..) if a power pole transformer blew! mostly its just the 2-3 power line "phases" (1-3 depending one location) are shorting out (causing the power flash) not saying a trasnformer cant blow cuz of a tornado but most likely a piece of sheet metal or wet soaked treebbranch or twig fell over the power lines and caused a "SHORT" either phase to phase or phase to ground. you will get an arc flash when this happens due to high / high twisting winds/
@4BangerNACivicCoupe13 күн бұрын
or the wires were blown into eachother
@Stormgasm11 күн бұрын
Yeah, most power flashes are not from blown transformers.
