As usual, what's Darcy Short doing opening the innings ? .. Season after season the fellow is pretty useless but he is given the longest rope and he either gets out or wastes the Power play... btw even the commentators are quick to jump on how Caleb Jewel scores slowly but don't bat an eyelid with Darcy Short. Can someone please explain why the favoritism ?

To be fair Short didn't hang around long enough to waste many balls, he only faced 6. Jewell faced 20 balls at less than run a ball. You can't afford that when you need two a ball from the start
