I'd never heard of these guysuntil like 2 weeks ago. I can't believe I missed them the first time around. They are fantastic, and the volume of quality song they have, it's just mind boggling I hadn't heard of them before.

This where it started for me - was driving one night in 92 and this came on Radio 1. Who's this!! I said. Bought the album and then discovered Back street Symphony. The rest is history!

This great song was the first single from the album "LAUGHING ON JUDGEMENT DAY",released in 1992. In this same year, here in Portugal, I saw them live as opening band for EXTREME, and their gig was fanntastic; They are amazing on stage!!!

A lot of shit in the late 80's early 90's went onto become big bands. I always thought Thunder were one of the best of that period. I loved them and still can't understand why they didn't become bigger than they did because they really deserved it. Great band.

I agree with the positive comments on thunder . Only came across them on KZbin a couple of days ago . A lot of comments saying they should have made it big . I agree 💯 . Personally I reckon had they have gone heavier like bon jovi ,AC/DC ,Cinderella poison ,etc they might just have made it big . Still a great band though Sydney Australia 🦘 11/9/2024

it is a shame that people judge rock after hearing one song or opinion from someone else, cause if people explored rock more than it would be way more popular than any song about butts on the radio

@rugby0162 I remember seeing Terraplane/Thunder as support acts for Blue Oyster Cult - and I think Ted Nugent - in the early '80's at the Birmingham Odeon. At the time they got the reception that support acts could expect... ironically I've come to appreciate them more as I've gained wrinkles, and I saw them again in Manchester a few years ago supporting Deep Purple. They should be up there with the likes of Whitesnake and Def Leppard in terms of earnings and quality output.
