Perhaps the only actor to have played both a Bond villain AND James Bond himself, Toby Stephens played the vicious Gustav Graves opposite Pearce Brosnan in the 2002 Bond movie Die Another Day. Like a number of Bond villains, Graves was intended to be an evil reflection of Bond himself, and so it almost goes without saying that Toby Stephens was himself well-suited to the role of Bond. In 2008 he made his debut as the secret agent in a radio adaptation of Doctor No.
This play doesn't stint on the villains, with Tom Conti as Largo, and James Callis (well-known to Battlestar Galactica Fans) as Count Lippi... but also Alfred Molina, appearing as Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the head of SPECTRE.
The radio adaptations have appeared in no particular order, but I'm presenting a number of them on the channel in order of chronology...

He's actually a pretty good match for Ian Fleming's Blofeld - roughtly the same height, and of mediterranean heritage. Not that this matters too much on radio of course... but obviously if you think of Blofeld as Donald Pleasance it's going to be a bit dissonant...

I believe that's right, but his parentage was something like Spanish/Italian I think.
