Thanks for this! I also had to bend the metal inside the upper piece a little bit to get things lined up. Filing, plus bending the upper metal, stops it from leaking inside the case when closed. It's worth the effort.

I recommend using a Dremel tool if you have it. You can achieve a level, and round finish. Another thing I recommend is adjusting the cam tab to be right where the cam and chimney meet when the case is closed. That way you're not relying only on just filing the cam to compensate for tolerances with different series of cases (standard Zippo, Amor Zippo, Zorro 902, Zorro 912, Chief, etc...).

It still works perfectly. I did the gas leak fix over two years ago and only got around to making this video recently. This is by far the best butane insert once you fix the cam issue.
