Great footage!!!!!Traxxas Tuff!!!! I do agree that the servo is weak and slow, but it will work under normal bashing, if it does break beyond use take it to a Traxxas dealer they will exchange it for a little more than half of regular price, but yes they could have put the R servo in it!!!!

I had a slash platinum, I put a wide kit , sledgehammer tires , and all the metal available on it , upgraded the servo , heavier springs on it , and it was one of the best bashers I've ever owned I'll be doing the same to the max slash , gunna be a great truck it's just a beach ball rolling rig out of the box , i.m.o. but then again , I'm 67 now , SOOOOO,,,,,,, 💪💪💪💪💪,,,gpm servo bracket for sure !! Perfect pass servo

Awesome video and content! I agree with everything you said I’m just disappointed in the steering servo for that much money. Also for bashing the slash just doesn’t do it for me not because it’s not tuff but because when comparing to the maxx it’s just a totally different truck and experience. It’s a stadium truck seems better for racing on pavement and dirt but it is tuff. It just flips around and doesn’t seem to handle bumps like the maxx does on grass and other transitions. To me the maxx and xmaxx still are the king of bashing.

Wassup bro! Those were some heavy smackdowns! Traxxas always got the crappiest electronics but the most impressive durability! I’d recommend ordering Velcro straps offa Amain and ditching that plastic strap. I use the sticky Velcro strap on my Maxx v2 and never looked back!

I also knocked the Bell crank out of my Maxx on the regular at the skatepark it didn't matter how many braces and Bell cranks I would put in it they would always get knocked out so I had to get an aluminum brace and aluminum bell crank and it never happened again. But broke the ears of a few servos as well until I just put a better one in
