Outdoor Therapy (also called Nature Therapy, Forest Therapy, Ecotherapy, and Forest Bathing / Shinrin-yoku (森林浴) originated in Japan in the 1980's and is known to be very beneficial for Mental Health.

Smoother sound. More soothing. The low rumble sounds better. I grew up in the southwest and the thunderstorms even distant ones had that calming rolling thunder sound. It was great. My mom and dad had bought a house then on the edge of a rapidly expanding suburb and some majestic desert mountains very nearby. I'll never forget those sounds.

Hearing the rain falling outside of your house makes you sleepy so in a few minutes you'll be asleep on your bed good night. 🌧️🏡🌧️
