Hello. This Kenwood microphone should have a microphone transformer inside, so it has a DC resistance of 50 ohms. However, for AC this impedance is higher and amounts to several hundred ohms. This microphone also originally has a switch for high impedance of several dozen kilohms for tube radios. The microphone is ok. It just needs a preamplifier on an operational integrated circuit or on one or more transistors. In the past, microphones often did not have a preamplifier and the operator had to speak close and loudly into the microphone. Good health to you.
