Looks like the peppers are in the shade when you are filming. Peppers want full sun all day. Maybe they will do better if you move the pot to a location with full sun all day.

Great job, guys! I built self-watering beds this year myself. I am interested in seeing how you made your tubs into self-watering raised beds. I have 12 of those protein tubs and would love to convert them into self-watering beds also. Could you please do a tutorial video on how to make them?
