I like TAIM .. Their music sometimes sounds the same but I still love them! So I was researching for the new album's lyrics and there was only from ''Light Bearer''....... I couldn't believe my eyes !!!! I'm a Christian and when I was reading those lyrics .... It was all just a bunch of fucking Satanic Shit!!But in the interview CJ menshioned that TAIM is not really an Anti-Religious band ... I love their music but I don't know if I can handle with all of those lyrics .... Comments calling me gay in 1..2...3

João Santos *gasp* that's coming from the mouth of a religious person... Well, you could start handling the lyrics in different ways: 1) try to question your own religion. Satan and Lucifer aren't inevitably the same person or entity. Try to research a little bit into the topic or rather the "archetypes" these two represent and then read the lyrics again. Excerpt An interview quote from the band explaining the themes behind the album: “This is our war on racism, homophobia, child abuse, animal cruelty and all evil born of religious immunity, indoctrination, and ignorance. It is ultimately a push for secularism and humanism. Without it, we will be left in the hands of mad men.” 2) grab the things you like about the lyrics and try to apply them to your view and leave the rest out/ignore it 3) stop listening to heavy metal music.

João Santos He says in the interview that he wrote most of the songs quickly, and they're not particularly attacking anyone specific. It's just ideas put on paper and into a song. That's all. There are far worse bands writing their lyrics in the most literal way possible. Enjoy a song if you enjoy it, if you get offended or confused by lyrics that is your problem. Just saying.
