Part of why I’m not super keen on the ZF is the weird juxtaposition of a retro body but 99% of their lenses looking “modern” and ugly imo. The ZF body is super pretty but they really need lens support for it if they want that fujifilm $$$

It would have been perfect if they'd had the 6-bit contact on the Z mount (like the voightlander), it makes it easier to focus on the Nikon Zf with the squares turning green and it allows you to be quick without having to zoom into the image to confirm focus.

I bought that lens. The photo quality was actually very good. But I really disliked that infinity lock button especially since it was not focused at infinity, I had to always change my focus. Plus there was heavy vignetting. It was correctable in post but it was the most of any lens I have ever shot with. That said, those problems could have been because I was adapting it to a Sony camera. I ended up returning it. As for vintage style lenses I have found that Light Lens Lab makes some great lenses but they are more expensive.

Maybe if you'd made a community post at any time in the past FIVE YEARS KZbin wouldn't hate your channel so much. That and subtitles. The captions have no idea what Lok is saying, so therefore KZbin doesn't know what happens in your video, so it won't push it.

I do personally find infinity locks useful when removing bayonet lenses from my M-mount cameras. The lenses without infinity locks or poorly-locking ones are annoying to twist off without a good grip.
