Very informative. I'm currently awaiting FNA. My ultrasound shows 6 nodules, one of which takes up the entire left side of my thyroid. Just learning more about it has put my mind at ease a bit. It's good to know that nodules don't necessarily mean cancer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. ~ Pat

Have just been diagnosed after fine needle biopsy. I have had a well functioning multinodular thyroid for years but recently felt a burning sensation. Had sonar which revealed new nodule where I had felt the burning with micro calcifications - usually a good indicator of malignancy.

Indeed, I was Darrell but went through surgery and the serious emergency complication of a hematoma and straight back into surgery same day to find out I am free of malignancy!! Thank you Jesus!!!

I was sick as hell . with hashimotos . and had 5 nodules. my antibodies were on the hundreds had a TT and that's when they found the cancer. would love to understand the correlation between hashimotos and cancer. also all biopsies and scans were negative. so I was blown away by my papillary thyroid cancer diagnosis

Thank you Dr. Talebi & Dr. Kim for this video. My 21 yo. daughter just got Papillary invasive cancer. Thyroid Specialist doctor suggested surgery performance to remove (1cm) nodule. Is there any alternative treatment to cure it? Like Chikung/Taichi exercise or Accu-pressure, Accupunture? Chinese Herbs? Diets? Thank you & God bless!

i am a resident physician sir and i was diagnosed with papillary invasive carcinoma, in 2011 dec, had TT with radical neck dissection , had 2 RAI one after few months and one after 6-8 months duration approximately , i again had poped up lymph nodes which i had it removed with my bro being surgeon with his assistant professor , the histopath showed metastasis into it, right now again i m being bothered by a lymph node on the right side of the neck is mildly painful , i met with residents had the ultrasound , those drs said its normal but my stimulated Tg showed 41 but the HOD said the reports are nonsense , just go and do repetitive 3-5 months tg levels , what guidance can i get over it now ??? I am happy to receive any suggestion from anybody , I dearly welcome , any help from anybody.
